The following cases were dealt with at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Friday:
- Pareskevas Michailidis, 50, of Beaconsfield Road in Blackheath, admitted to sexually assaulting a woman by inappropriate touching. Michailidis received a two-year community order, which includes electronic monitoring and a curfew.
- Dean Roots, 41, of Beckenham Road in Beckenham, admitted to drug driving and possession of cannabis on June 12 in Bromley. Roots was disqualified from driving for one year and was fined £461.
- Thomas Payne, 21, of Chatham Avenue in Hayes, admitted to cultivating cannabis plants on January 5. Payne was sentenced to a one-year community order, which includes 80 hours of unpaid work.
- Calum Martinez-Plank, 28, of Keedonwood Road in Downham, admitted to drug driving on July 30 in Catford. Martinez-Plank was disqualified from driving for one year and fined £307.
These cases highlight the range of offences dealt with in the local magistrates’ courts.
