A full evacuation of the British Transport offices on Waterloo Road in London is currently taking place after is understood chemical alert was called on Saturday afternoon. Fire crews from London Fire Brigade and specialists in a hazmat suit were scrambled to the incident just after 1pm Saturday afternoon, following reports of a chemical smell within the building. The type of chemical is currently on un known as specialist using equipment from then”DIM” unit to analyse and make safe in the area. British transport, police and London Fire Brigade have both been approached to comment on the incident. More to follow
