Kent Police are appealing for witnesses and footage following a serious collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian in Canterbury Road, Margate, on the evening of Monday 28 April.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 9pm after reports that a man in his 30s had been struck by a car. The injured pedestrian was airlifted to a hospital in London with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
Search for the Driver
Officers have launched an investigation and are reviewing CCTV in the area to identify the driver of the vehicle involved in the incident, who reportedly left the scene before emergency services arrived.
Public Appeal for Footage and Information
Kent Police are urging anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have dashcam or private CCTV footage, to come forward as this may be vital to their investigation.
