In the ongoing crisis at HMP Sudbury another prisoner has absconded meaning that since 2003, at least 350 prisoners have walked out of the category D jail, now police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rocky Taylor, a convict who left the prison premises around 17:00 GMT on Sunday, January 23.
Background: Rocky Taylor, 37 years old, was serving a seven-year six-month prison sentence following his conviction for aggravated burglary and robbery at Derby Crown Court in June 2020.

• Ethnicity: White
• Height: 5 feet 7 inches
• Build: Stocky
• Hair: Black, shaved
• Eyes: Green
• Possible beard
• Scars on both arms
Clothing: When he left the prison, Taylor was wearing a blue long-sleeved top and a white hat.
