In a tragic incident on Wednesday evening, police were called to Moss Lane East in Moss Side following a report of a man with a serious stab wound. Emergency services swiftly arrived at the scene and discovered a 22-year-old man with severe and life-threatening injuries. Despite efforts to save his life, the young man sadly passed away last night.
Preliminary investigations suggest that there was a disturbance between the victim and his friend, along with two other men, on Moss Lane East. The two individuals involved in the altercation fled the scene in a vehicle, while the victim’s friend remained and promptly contacted emergency services for assistance.
At present, no arrests have been made. However, dedicated detectives are diligently working to locate the two men who fled and are appealing to the public for their assistance in aiding the ongoing investigation.
