Eight fire engines and a height vehicle were on the scene at the two-story building, which houses a vacant office space and an underground parking lot, at the height of the blaze.
Two fire engines will soon handle the incident after breathing apparatus-clad crews used hose reel jets to put out the flames.
There were no reported injuries, and the cause is still a mystery.
