50K Arson Probe Launched following Waterlooville Fire

Police are investigating a suspected arson incident which took place near Kentidge Way in Waterlooville. At approximately 7.40pm on Tuesday 22 August, building materials were set alight in a field behind the new estate in Waterlooville, adjacent to the Berewood estate. An estimated £50,000 worth of damage was caused, and it is believed the fire was set deliberately. Officers are asking witnesses and anyone with any information about how the fire started to come forward and speak to police.
