Two More Teens Arrested Over Joshua Ingram’s Shocking Seaford Stabbing

Detectives investigating the brutal stabbing of 16-year-old Joshua Ingram in Seaford have arrested two more boys, delivering a major breakthrough in the case.

Two Boys Held for ‘Conspiracy to Murder’

On Friday, 19 September, police raided homes in Seaford and arrested two teenagers aged 14 and 16. Both face charges of conspiracy to murder, with the 14-year-old also charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm. They remain in custody as the investigation unfolds.

“These arrests follow fast-moving and extensive work by my team and mark another significant step forward,” said Detective Chief Inspector Paul Stanley. “Joshua’s family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers. We ask that their privacy is respected.”

“I urge anyone with any information – no matter how small – to come forward immediately.”

Seaford Station Stabbing Leaves Community Reeling

Emergency services rushed to Seaford railway station around 5pm on Wednesday, 10 September, following reports of a stabbing. Despite desperate attempts by paramedics, Joshua was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 16-year-old suspect arrested at the scene has already appeared in Magistrates’ Court and at Lewes Crown Court, where he was remanded in custody. His next court hearing is set for Monday, 24 November.
