Wanted Man Arrested in Penge Following Police Chase

In a successful operation by Officers from the Met Police, a man wanted on warrant by the courts has been apprehended in Penge.

Officers from the Penge and Crystal Palace police teams identified the individual and promptly initiated pursuit. Despite attempts to evade capture, the suspect was ultimately apprehended and taken into custody.

The arrest marks a significant breakthrough in efforts, as the individual had been sought by authorities for a period spanning four months.

In a statement, Penge MPS commented on the arrest, stating: “A male has been arrested today in #Penge after local officers from #Penge and #CrystalPalace recognized him as being wanted on warrant by the courts. After a short foot chase, he was detained and arrested. This is a good result as he had been wanted for four months.”
