Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary that took place in Southsea on the evening of Thursday, 19 September.
At around 10:30 PM, a man entered a house on Percy Road but was disturbed by the occupant while in the kitchen. The intruder, described as tall and muscular with his hood up, fled the scene. At this time, no items have been reported stolen.
Officers are urging anyone who may have seen a suspicious man in the Percy Road and Manners Road areas that night, or anyone with relevant CCTV, doorbell camera, or dashcam footage, to come forward.

As the weather remains warm, police are reminding residents to ensure their homes are secure by keeping windows and doors locked, particularly during the evening.
