A woman in her 30s is currently in fighting for her life after a severe stabbing incident that unfolded in Bexley on Tuesday afternoon. The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, was swiftly transported to the Royal London Hospital following the brutal attack she has undergone major surgery in an attempt to save her life

The Metropolitan Police have launched an extensive manhunt, mobilizing their major crime team to track down the perpetrator responsible for the multiple stab wounds inflicted upon the woman. The crime scene remains active, and authorities are urgently seeking witnesses who may have crucial information about the incident.
Inspector Graham Rickard, representing the policing team for southeast London, revealed, “We arrived at the scene within three minutes of the initial report and provided first aid to the victim until paramedics arrived. Sadly, she is very seriously injured and has been taken to the hospital in a critical condition.

At this very early stage, we believe the suspect is known to her. Officers remain at the scene and in the area conducting a number of inquiries,” Inspector Rickard added.

The incident occurred at approximately 16:07 hrs on Penhill Road in Bexley, prompting a swift police response. The victim, believed to be in her 30s, was immediately attended to and transported to the hospital in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing, and thus far, no arrests have been made. Authorities are urging anyone with information related to the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation.
