Have you seen Matthew Stewart, who has been reported missing from Southend? Matthew, 29, was last heard from this morning, Thursday 22 October at around 9.40am. Police are really concerned about Matthew and want to find him to make sure he is ok. He is described as 5ft 10in tall, with short black hair and a beard. He also has links to the Chelmsford area.
