Police were called at approximately 2.30pm on Thursday, 6 March 2025, to reports of an assault in Maple Road, SE20.
Officers, along with London Ambulance Service, attended the scene and found a man believed to be in his 50s suffering from injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment, and his condition has been confirmed as not life-threatening.
A crime scene was established while officers conducted initial enquiries.
Arrest and Investigation
One man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in police custody.
