A couple from Devizes appeared before Winchester Crown Court to enter pleas in relation to the death of their three-month-old baby in Oct… – UKNIP

Samuel Warnock, 28, pleaded not guilty to the murder of three-month-old Miyah Warnock.

Jasmine Warnock, 28,  pleaded not guilty to causing or allowing the death of a child.

Miyah was taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital on September 20, 2021. She tragically died in hospital on October 19 2021.

Samuel Warnock has been remanded in custody and Jasmine Warnock has been placed on conditional bail.

Both defendants are due to attend a trial at Winchester Crown Court set for 12 January.
