Two people have been charged with the murder of a one-month-old baby. Clare Sanders, 42 and Tomas Vaitkevicius, 44 both of Streatham Road, Mitcham CR4, were summonsed to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on 30 April after being charged by postal requisition on 3 April with murder, and causing/allowing the death of a child, namely Eva Sanders. Eva Sanders died on 2 September 2017 after being admitted to hospital the previous day.
