Man charged over South East London Murder
Police investigating a fatal stabbing in Kidbrooke in south-east London have charged a man with murder. Shackim Taylor, 19 , of Gunyard Mews SE18, was arrested on suspicion of murder on the evening of Sunday, 14 July. In the early hours of Tuesday, 16 July, he was charged with murder, robbery and possession of an offensive weapon. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 16 July. Police were called at 14:40hrs on Wednesday, 10 July to reports of a stabbing on Tellson Avenue, SE18. A 22-year-old man was found at the scene suffering a number of stab wounds. Despite the extensive efforts of medical staff, he was pronounced dead at 8.30pm.
