Man charged over Lymington stabbing

Detectives investigating a report of an assault in Lymington have charged a man. Police were called at 6.12pm on Saturday 9 March to a report that a man had been assaulted at a home in Lower Buckland Road. A man from Lymington was treated for injuries to his head. Ross John Neilson, 39, of Broadly Close, Pennington, has been charged with wounding with intent and threatening a person with a blade/sharply pointed article in a public place. He is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court this morning (Monday 11 March). Share
