Woman Found Dead in Car on Residential Road in Erith

 

A woman has been discovered dead inside a vehicle on Sandcliff Road, near Church Road, in the quiet residential area of Erith. The tragic discovery was made just before 10:30 a.m. on November 10.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police and crews from the London Ambulance Service were called to the scene but, despite their efforts, the woman was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival. The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that her death is not being treated as suspicious.

In a statement, a Metropolitan Police spokesperson said, “Police were called by LAS at 10:24 hrs on Sunday, 10 November, to the sudden death of a woman in a car in Erith. This is not being treated as suspicious.”

Further information from the London Ambulance Service is yet to be released as the investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death continues.
