Witnesses are being asked to come forward, following the arrest of a man for indecent exposure in Ashford

Kent Police received a report that a man had exposed himself in New Street near St George’s Square at around 2am on Sunday 26 May 2024.

While carrying out enquiries in the area, police arrested a 32-year-old man from Ashford in connection with the incident. He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Investigating officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident on 26 May and either witnessed it or has dashcam footage which could assist their enquiries to contact Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/85993/24.
