West Midlands Police Issue Appeal Over Kings Heath Assault and E-Bike Theft Attempt

West Midlands Police Appeal: Do You Know These Two People?

 

West Midlands Police are appealing to the public to help identify two individuals following an attempted e-bike theft and assault in May Lane, Kings Heath, at around 3pm on Sunday, 12 May 2025.

According to police, the suspects attempted to steal a man’s e-bike before assaulting him. Thankfully, members of the public intervened, allowing the victim to retain his bicycle.

CCTV Images Released

Despite conducting CCTV enquiries, officers have so far been unable to identify the two people pictured. Police acknowledge that the images are not the clearest, but they remain hopeful that someone in the community will recognise them.

We appreciate these aren’t the clearest images,” a police spokesperson said. But we’re keen to hear from anyone who may have information that could assist our investigation.”
