Police are intensifying their search for 38-year-old Deborah O’Connell, who has been missing from her home in New Cross since July 15. Her disappearance, first reported to the Metropolitan Police on the evening of July 17, has triggered a significant investigation effort.

Deborah was last seen by a visiting family member from Ireland before she left her home, stating she needed to go somewhere. The exact circumstances of her departure are still under scrutiny as Scotland Yard delves into available CCTV footage and employs various investigative approaches.

Deborah is known to have connections across London, including Brent, Camden, Ealing, Hayes, Lewisham, as well as links back to Ireland, which police are exploring in their search efforts.

The Metropolitan Police are urging anyone who has seen Deborah or has any information on her whereabouts to contact them at 101 with the reference 7804/17JUL24. They stress that if there is an immediate sighting of her, the public should not hesitate to dial 999.
