Police have launched an urgent appeal to locate Martin Hogg, an 85-year-old man who has been reported missing from the Chilbolton Avenue area of Winchester.
Martin was last seen at approximately 11:30am today (Monday, April 28) and authorities are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
