Urgent Appeal: 81-Year-Old Man Missing from Mottingham Area

An urgent search is underway for Robert Cadman, an 81-year-old man who has been reported missing from the Mottingham area earlier today.

Mr Cadman, who is known to suffer from dementia, was last seen at 10:00am this morning. Loved ones and police are increasingly concerned for his safety, as he may be confused or disoriented.

The alarm was raised by a family friend who issued a public appeal via social media, asking members of the public to assist in locating him. A recent photograph of Mr Cadman has been circulated to help aid the search.

If anyone sees Mr Cadman or has any information regarding his whereabouts, they are urged to contact Lewisham Police Station immediately, quoting reference number CAD 410116325.

Alternatively, those with information can also contact the individual who issued the appeal directly.

Family, friends, and the local community are hoping for Mr Cadman’s safe return and are encouraging people in the Mottingham area and surrounding neighbourhoods to remain vigilant.
