University of Salford has been evacuated after Suspect Package has been Found

University of Salford has been evacuated and People are being stopped from going into the area after a suspect package has been found. A large area of peel park has been sealed of by Police. Police are in attendance and we will keep our students informed when we have more information. We understand that the following building have been evacuated on Peel Park campus; New Adelphi, Lady Hale and Clifford Whitworth library. A Spokesman for Salford University says police have confirmed buildings can reopen with immediate effect and scheduled events will go ahead as planned
