Unexploded Ordnance Found In Tangmere

Police responded Sunday evening to the discovery of a piece of Second World War ordnance in Hampden Place, Tangmere.

A small number of surrounding buildings were evacuated and a cordon was put in place around the area while specialist EOD teams removed it safely.
