The Met Police swooped on The Drive in england/england/beckenham/”>beckenham/”>Beckenham yesterday morning after a crash involving a car and two pedestrians.
Pedestrians Hurt But Now Released
Emergency services rushed to the scene just before 10am on September 27. The <a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.London Ambulance Service took the two injured pedestrians to hospital. Thankfully, both have since been discharged, with no serious injuries reported.
Driver Faces Multiple Charges, Car Seized
Police quickly arrested the driver, who is now facing several driving offences, including driving without insurance. The vehicle was seized on the spot as officers cracked down hard.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called to The Drive in Beckenham at 09:49hrs on Saturday, 27 September, following reports of a collision involving a car and two pedestrians. The pedestrians were taken to hospital by the <a href=”https:///uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.London Ambulance Service and have since been released. The driver of the vehicle was processed for a number of driving offences, including driving without insurance, and the vehicle has been seized by police.”
