Two people rushed to hospital after being found injured in Lewisham on a Bus

Two people have been taken to hospital after being found injured in Lewisham yesterday afternoon (March 13).

Emergency services were called to Longbridge Way, near Courthill Road, at approximately 1:15 pm, following reports of injured persons.

London Ambulance Service (LAS) dispatched two ambulance crews who treated both individuals at the scene before transporting them to hospital for further assessment. The extent of their injuries remains unknown.

An LAS spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.17 pm today (13 March) to reports of people injured in Longbridge Way, Lewisham. We sent two ambulance crews to the scene. We treated two patients and took them both to hospital.”

The circumstances surrounding how the individuals sustained their injuries have not yet been confirmed.

The Metropolitan Police have been contacted for further information.
