Two charged with Manslaughter of Seven year old boy

Two men have been charged following the death of seven-year-old Harvey Tyrrell at a pub in Romford in September 2018. David Bearman, 71 of Ardleigh Green Road, Hornchurch was charged with manslaughter and abstracting electricity on Friday, 14 June. Colin Naylor, 72 of Rayleigh, was charged with manslaughter on the same date. They will appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 11 July.
