Two charged after man robbed in Herne Bay

The investigation of a reported robbery in Herne Bay has led to two suspects being charged. Jeremy Long, 41, and Hollie Cheeseman, 32, both of Collins Road were charged with robbery following the incident on Thursday 13 June 2019. Mr Long has also been charged with the possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. The robbery took place in Collins Road where a man was threatened and his bank card was stolen. Mr Long and Ms Cheeseman appeared before Medway Magistrates’ on Saturday 15 June 2019 and have been remanded in custody to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on Monday 15th July 2019.
