Two arrested after Man left with Serious facial Injuries in Southampton

Police have made two arrests following an assault on the corner of Meggeson Avenue and Ozier Road, Southampton. It happened at approximately 9.10pm on Friday, November 11. A 29-year-old man was assaulted and is being treated in hospital for multiple facial fractures. Detective Sergeant Dal Andrews said: “This appears to be a targeted attack. We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the assault to come forward. “We are also aware that two men on motorcycles were in the area around the time of the incident. We are keen to identify these riders who may hold vital information.” A 25-year-old man and a 24-year-old man have been arrested in connection with this incident and have been bailed pending further enquiries.
