Three People Were Arrested After Drugs Were Found Hidden Under The Handbrake Rubber Of A Car That Had Been Stopped In Maidstone

 

 

At around 3.30pm on Saturday 16 April 2022 a black BMW 3 series was stopped by officers in Loose Road. The occupants were detained whilst the officers searched the vehicle. They located cocaine which had been concealed under the handbrake rubber, cash and a number of phones.

 

Two men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply, one of the men was further arrested on suspicion of driving whilst disqualified and failing to have insurance.

 

They have been released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.
