Three arrested for murder after man dies in hospital

Detectives investigating the murder of a man in Southall have arrested three men. At approximately 17:20hrs on Monday, 19 March, police became aware that a man had attended a west London hospital suffering from a stab wound. The victim, a 48-year-old-man from Slough, died of his injuries at 18:14hrs. His next of kin have been informed. Formal identification and a post-mortem examination will take place on Thursday, 22 March. It is believed the victim sustained his injuries following an earlier incident, that happened in the street at Marlborough Road, Southall, near the junction with Brent Road. Three men were arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the inquiry on Tuesday, 20 March. Two men aged 24 and 19 were arrested in West Drayton and one man aged 32 was arrested in Southall. All three are currently in custody at a London police station. Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command investigate.
