Sutton Coldfield Crash: Family Pay Tribute to “One-in-a-Million” Daughter Natasha Thorp – UKNIP

The family of a young woman killed in a fatal crash in england/wales/<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.Suttonsutton-wales/”>sutton-coldfield/”>Sutton Coldfield have paid heartfelt tributes, describing her as “one in a million”.

Natasha Thorp, 21, was struck by a car on <a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.Brassington Avenue shortly before midnight on 22 August. Despite the efforts of emergency services, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another woman sustained a leg injury in the incident. Two men were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

“A life filled with love, laughter, and joy”

In an emotional statement, Natasha’s family said:

“Going forward without her is so hard to imagine. To know Natasha was to know a life filled with love, laughter, and joy.
It was a privilege to know her as a part of our family or as a friend.
You were one in a million, Tasha, and you will never be forgotten. Night Tash, love you.”

They also thanked the emergency services who battled in vain to save her life, as <a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.Wellwell as members of the public who stayed with her in her final moments.

“It’s very important to our family to know that she wasn’t alone at the end,” they said.
“We would also like to thank the wonderful people of Sutton Coldfield for their kind support, particularly those who stayed with, or came to help Natasha on that terrible night.”

Police appeal for information

West Midlands

Police confirmed their investigation remains ongoing and issued an appeal for information about a silver Toyota Corolla linked to the crash.

A spokesperson said one man remains on bail with strict conditions, while another has been released with no further action.

Detectives are urging anyone with information, CCTV, dashcam, or other footage to come forward.

Community tributes

Dozens of tributes have poured in on social media, describing Natasha as a “beautiful young <a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.Ladylady” and “the most amazing person.”

Specially trained officers are continuing to support Natasha’s family.
