Staplers Road one way system gridlocked

[su_youtube url=”https:///youtu.be/EVCZPvSeeII” width=”100%” height=”600″] Staplers Road In Newport is at a stand still and grid locked following phasing issues with the traffic lights on Coppin Bridge-roundabout this evening. Delays of up to 30 minutes are being reported as only one of two cars are being let out along with rush hour traffic hitting from the Media Way dual on to the roundabout. One motorist said it took them 45 minutes to travel from the top to the roundabout. Dispite travel reports claiming the area is free flowing vehicles are at a standstill. Frustrated drivers are attempting to take short cut via Pan to avoid the building jam. More to follow
