Specialist detection and monitoring officers (Forensic Chemist) from Kent Fire and Rescue Service, alongside a hazmat advisor from East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, have been called to assist Kent Police in the ongoing murder investigation of missing Tunbridge Wells man, Wayne Woodgate.

Authorities are focusing on a rural, wooded area between Four Ashes and Peasmarsh, where Mr. Woodgate’s body is believed to have been discovered.

Officers from the specialist teams have spent the day carefully combing through the scene, cutting back vegetation and gathering evidence that may be crucial to the investigation.
