Southcoast M3 Motorway closed after major fuel spill by Coach

Police and Highways England have close a major south coast motorway following a diesel oil spill by coach. The northbound section of the M3 from Junction nine at Winchester to junction 4A for Farnborough has been closed by highways England and traffic officers from Hampshire Police following a number of multi vehicle collisions. Hampshire fire and Rescue sent Fire appliances to from Basingstoke and Rushmoor to a vehicle that has skidded and overturned on the slick.
