Woman Who Died in Fall from Southampton Flats Named as Tia Langdon

Police have named the woman who died following a fall from a block of flats in Cuckmere Lane, Southampton last week.

She has been identified as Tia Langdon, 25, from Southampton.

Emergency services were called on Thursday, 28 August, after Tia was found with serious injuries outside the flats. She was rushed to hospital but died the following day despite the best efforts of medical staff.

Police investigation

A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said:

“Tia’s family are being supported by specialist officers at this time. Officers from our Major Crime Unit continue to investigate the incident.

An 18-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody while enquiries continue.
