Sixty Firefighters Sent To Tackle House Blaze In Hayes

Firefighters from the London Fire Brigade, have been scrambled to tackle a major blaze that has ripped through a property on Douglas Crescent in Hayes this afternoon.

Eight fire engines, along with a command units, officers, and an aerial ladder have been scrambled to the terraced property.

Sixty firefighters and officers have been sent along with the eight engines to tackle the well-developed blaze.

The cause of the blaze is not yet known.

The road has been closed in both directions
