Second Arrest Made in Groathill Road North Attempted Murder Case
Edinburgh City Centre Disruption After Serious Collision

Authorities have made a second arrest in connection with the attempted murder that occurred on Groathill Road North, Edinburgh. The incident took place on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, around 14:30. A 41-year-old man was seriously injured and transported to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.

The 39-year-old male arrested is scheduled to appear before the Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, June 10, 2024. This development follows the initial arrest of a 34-year-old suspect linked to the same incident.
