Search Launched for Missing Portsmouth teenager Rosie Evans-Foster

Have you seen missing 13-year-old Rosie Evans-Foster? Rosie was last seen at her home address in the Nelson area of Portsmouth at around 4.30pm on Saturday, December 3. Police are concerned for her welfare due to her age and vulnerability and would urge anyone who knows where she is to call police immediately. Rosie is described as white, around 5ft 7ins tall, with black hair past her shoulders and a nose piercing, and is described as looking older than her age. She was last seen wearing a green parka coat, either dark blue or white jeans, and white trainers. Her family have released a picture to help with our appeal. Rosie has lighter hair in the picture.
