Portsmouth Man Arrested over Somerstown Stabbing

Detectives have made a third arrest as they continue to investigate after a 20-year-old man, from Birmingham, was brutally attacked in Middle Street, Somerstown, late in the evening on Saturday 17th February. A 22-year-old man from Portsmouth was arrested yesterday on suspicion of attempted murder. He has been released from custody but remains under investigation. The second person arrested, a 22-year-old male from London, also remains under investigation. The first man arrested, a 21-year-old man from London, was released with no further action.
