Police Investigate Serious Incident on Cotton Street Tower Hamlets
Murder Investigation Launched in Bermondsey Following Woman’s Death

In the early hours of Saturday, June 1st, authorities were summoned to Cotton Street, E14, following reports of a serious incident. The Metropolitan Police responded promptly to the call, arriving at the scene at 5.10am alongside the London Ambulance Service.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered two men, both in their 30s, who had sustained injuries requiring immediate medical attention. Both individuals were swiftly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. While one of the men’s condition has been assessed as life-threatening, the condition of the second man is currently under evaluation.

As investigations into the incident continue, law enforcement officials are working diligently to establish the circumstances surrounding the altercation. At present, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward and assist with inquiries.
