Police in Harlow are appealing to the public for assistance in locating a missing man named Henry Phipps – UKNIP

The 32-year-old has been missing for several weeks, and authorities are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. The last confirmed sighting of Henry was on 6th June.

Henry Phipps is described as a white male, standing at 6 feet 1 inch tall, with black cropped hair. He has a distinctive musical note tattoo located behind his ear. While he is originally from Harlow, he also has connections to London.

Officers from Essex Police is urging anyone who may have seen Henry or possesses any information regarding his whereabouts to come forward and assist in the investigation. The public is advised to call 999 immediately, quoting incident number 471 of 5th July, if they have any relevant details.

Police are hoping that with the help of the community, Henry Phipps can be located and reunited with his loved ones.
