Police are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself in Winchester. Officers received two separate reports about a man who was indecently exposing himself in Bushfield Camp, Badger Farm Road. Both female dog walkers, who were not walking together, said that the man appeared from the bushes with his trousers down. These two incidents happened between 2.50pm and 3.15pm on Thursday December 22. The man is described as being in his early 20’s with blonde hair, maybe unshaven and was wearing a blue or black hooded top. PC Ollie Green said: “This is a rare occurrence for the area but we know there were a few people in the area at the time so we would like to speak to them if they saw anyone acting suspiciously.” Anyone with information is asked to call PC Green on 101, quoting 44160481762, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
