Police Given  More time to Question Three Men over Basingstoke Murder

Police have been granted extra time to question three men who have been arrested on suspicion of the murder of Dean Evans. Dean, aged 31, was found lying in the road suffering from serious injuries when officers were called to reports of an assault at an address on Benham Road, ‪#‎Basingstoke‬ at 5.30am on Friday, April 8. He was taken to hospital by South Central Ambulance Service but sadly died a short time later in hospital. Three men, two aged 22 and one aged 20, have been arrested on suspicion of murder. Last night we were granted an extra 30 hours to question the men.
