Police charge man following Broad daylight Stabbing in North London

Detectives investigating the murder of a 30-year-old man on Upper Street, N1, on Monday 21 May, have today [Saturday 26 May], charged a man with his murder. Reece Daniel Williams, (09.06.1996), of Islington, was arrested on Friday 25 May and has been charged with murder. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Haringey Magistrates Court on Monday 28 May. Detectives continue to appeal for information and witnesses to this fatal attack. Detective Chief Inspector Dave Whellams, said: “This was a brutal attack that was carried out on a busy street in broad daylight. I am asking anyone who saw the assault or has any information to contact detectives. “In particular we would like to hear from anyone who was in the area around this time, who may have filmed any part of the incident on their phones or has dash-cam footage of the incident.
