He went missing shortly after 3:35 p.m. today (Sunday 19 June).
He is described as white, 5’8″ tall, with short blonde hair and a beard.
We’re concerned about him and need to locate him to ensure he’s safe.
If you’ve seen him, are with him, or know where he is, please call 999 and reference incident 660 from June 19.
