On Tuesday 14 November 2023, between 6pm and 7pm, it was reported that a black Audi A4 and a blue Kia Sportage SUV collided on the A28, near to the junction with Small Hythe Road.

There were no reported injuries at the time and both vehicles left the area. The incident was reported to Kent Police the following day.

Investigating officers are keen for anyone who may have information about the collision, or who may have dashcam footage, to come forward.
