Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Harlow – UKNIP

Officers were called to First Avenue in Harlow at around 10:30am on Sunday (2 July) following a collision involving a car and a pedestrian. The collision occurred near to St Mary at Latton Church.

The pedestrian, a 23-year-old woman from Harlow was taken to hospital, where she sadly passed away yesterday (4 July). Her family are aware and receiving support from our officers.

Enquiries about the circumstances of the collision remain ongoing within the Serious Collision Investigation Unit. The driver involved stopped at the scene and is assisting officers with enquiries.

We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision or have any further information to contact us.
