Suffolk Police are seeking information from the public after a man suffered injuries when he was dragged along the road by a taxi in Newmarket. The incident occurred between 11pm and midnight on December 15, near one of the High Street taxi ranks.
The victim had approached the taxi, leaning into the vehicle to communicate with the driver when, unexpectedly, the taxi accelerated, causing the man to be dragged along the road. The victim sustained leg and arm injuries during this alarming incident.
